
Want to spruce up your old white tshirts? tie-dye them! These teens came to our tie-dye program and squirted their way to cooler-looking clothes. Check out the "before" photos in the Teen Photos page. We'll post photos of their finished shirts later.
Our recent Recycled Crafts program showed teens how to make a wallet out of an old audiocassette tape. With some felt, a zipper, and hot glue, we gave life to an old medium. Here are directions to do it yourself.Decorate them with stickers and markers.

Fantasy author Tamora Pierce spoke at the library recently, about her books (Bloodhound is out now!), her cats, her writing life, and even showed us her tattoos! She was a funny speaker who enjoyed answering any question the audience threw her way, and she stayed until late to autograph books and talk some more with fans.
