Join the Family Folklore class and share family stories with the class during their heart-warming sessions on Thursday mornings in the Conference Room at the library.  Participants may join the group at any time during the four month session provided that the class is not full.  Registration is necessary only if you have not met with this group before.  Call (330) 688-3295 ext 4 to register.  Class size is limited.  Your willingness to share is the only prerequisite.

In this series of classes, learn the basics of digital photography from JPEGs to ISO, aperture to shutter speed, and proper stance to composition.  Steve Pierce, photography teacher at Stow-Munroe Falls High School and professional photographer, will guide you in learning how to take your photography to a new level.  A camera is mandatory for this class, any type or brand is acceptable.  Registration is required; register one time for the full series.  This program is cosponsored by the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library and the Friends of the Library.

Introduction to Yoga

Summa Wellness Institute Instructor Gennie Tierney will lead us in an hour-long class, introducing some basic principles and positions of yoga.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat (or beach towel) to this event, since some postures will involve sitting or lying on the floor.  Wear comfortable clothing.

Join us in the library’s Magazine Lounge for a special performance featuring Harpist Joseph Rebman from 2 to 3 p.m. Joseph is pursuing a degree in Harp performance at the Cleveland  Institute of Music, studying under Yolanda Kondonassis. He has performed with many Orchestras, including Northern Kentucky, Clermont, Kent, Baldwin-Wallace, and Sandusky.
