Register for the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library Children’s Summer Reading Program online starting Wednesday, June 1. You can sign up for FREE anywhere you can access the Internet, either on your phone or tablet or at the library. Visit smfpl.beanstack.org and get started. Aside from being able to track your summer reading and earn prizes, you can also receive weekly book recommendations tailored to your child’s age, reading level and ever-changing interests.

Join Miss Amanda and cool off with some stories at the Maplewood Pool on Tuesday, May 31st at 4:15 and then again on July 5 and August 2 at 1:45. The Maplewood Pool is a membership only pool, but if you attend story time, you may play at the pool after story time. No registration required. Cosponsored by the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library and Maplewood Park and Recreation Club.
Drop in anytime from 1:30 to 2:30 on June 30, July 28, and August 25 at Corner Cup for unstructured play, music and stories with Miss Amanda from the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library. Meet other parents and kids and put the five early literacy practices- talking, singing, writing, playing and reading- into use. This play date is geared toward children between two and six but whole families are welcome. No registration required.
Teens who have completed grades 7-12 are required to turn in their signed applications and volunteer opportunity selection form TODAY.
Don't forget, mandatory Teen Orientation is June 1 at 4:15 p.m OR June 4 at 2:00 p.m. A notary will be there to witness guardian signatures on the required notarized form, for your convenience.
