Join our kids garden! Planting day is Saturday, June 15 at 11 a.m. Families will get a pot with soil and seeds and decorate it. Maintain plants through the summer and come to our fun wrap party at the end. Registration is required, beginning 6/3.

Follow Alice down the rabbit hole for a wonderland of games, activities and stories.  At the end of the program, children ages 3-5 will have a tea party with the Mad Hatter, Miss Jen and Miss Nancy. Ohio Wildlife rehabilitator Fran Kitchen will bring a groundhog, a great-horned owl and a de-clawed bobcat to the library during this event.  She will discuss her 50 years of experience in animal rehabilitation, conservation and more!  For families with children of all ages.  Arrive beginning at 6:30 pm to obtain a Spike pass that reserves your seat for the program.

Our annual pet show returns!  Vote for your favorite pet and enter drawings.  Registration is REQUIRED for those bringing pets.  Those with dogs must show a children's librarian current shot records.  Only one pet per family permitted.  Register by calling or coming to the children's department beginning June 17.  For children 12 and under.  Those coming as spectators do not need to register.
