Children of all ages and their families can join us on Saturday, February 7 at 2:00pm for a special performance from the University of Akron Drumming ensemble. This will be an educational concert involving the instruments, songs, and cultural traditions of West Africa. Come pick up your free tickets for this event beginning Saturday, January 31.
Are you looking for a preschool or daycare for your child or children? The Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library is hosting a preschool and daycare fair on February 26 from 6:30 to 8pm for you to learn more about the preschools and daycares in Stow and Munroe Falls. Stop in any time between 6:30 and 8 and we'll have snacks and crafts for the little ones! No registration.
Art is awesome, and you can do it, too! Join Miss Kristin Wednesday, February 4 at 7 p.m. for all kinds of art and craft activities. We'll read a story and then try some awesome art forms. Kids can create a picture using the Drawing Pad app on our library iPads that we will print for them to take home. We'll also make robots out of ordinary household objects AND create our own 3-D pictures that we will view through 3-D glasses. Register beginning Monday, January 19.
Join Miss Amanda for fantastic stories and children will enjoy a complimentary hot chocolate, syrup crème or iced passion tea. This is a family story time for all ages with no registration required. Please note that the story time takes place in the Stow Starbucks at 4294 Kent Road.

Awesome Afterschool Adventures in Reading - Join Miss Chris for this fun and interactive monthly program for children in kindergarten through 2nd grade. The program will be centered around books and literacy, with fun activities, music and much more thrown into the mix.
Winter Story Time will begin the week of January 19 and conclude the week of March 16. Registration begins Monday, January 5.
