ToshoCon: our annual "mini convention" devoted to all things anime and manga! For teens grades 7 to 12. Program is from 7:00pm to 11:00 pm.
Teens who have completed grades 7-12 are required to turn in their signed applications and volunteer opportunity selection form TODAY.
Don't forget, mandatory Teen Orientation is June 1 at 4:15 p.m OR June 4 at 2:00 p.m. A notary will be there to witness guardian signatures on the required notarized form, for your convenience.
Showcase your photography skills during our upcoming Amateur Photography Contest at the library. Photos may be submitted to the Adult and Teen Information Desk anytime on Wed., July 13 (9 AM - 9 PM). Winners will be announced, and all photos unveiled in a special Awards Reception on Tues., July 19 at 7 PM.

Grab your sonic screwdriver and join other fans of the time traveler in the blue box as we celebrate Doctor Who with games, trivia, crafts and snacks. Watch clips from your favorite episodes. Make an edible Sonic Screwdriver! Enter the costume contest and you could win a prize! For time traveling teens in grades 7-12. Registration requested, beginning Sept. 1. All of the amateur photographers who entered the Photography Contest, and their guests, are invited to join us for the unveiling of this year's entries in our contest exhibition. Winning entries will be revealed, and awards given to winning photographers. Refreshments and prizes provided courtesy of the Friends of the Library. All entries will be on display in the library from July 19 through July 30.
