Artemis is a fun multiplayer computer game that simulates being on a spaceship bridge (like in Star Trek!). Five players play together in our computer lab (“the bridge”), serving as bridge officers: Science, Helm (pilot), Communications, Engineering, and Weapons Control. The sixth player plays the Captain, who oversees all the ship's functions and tells everyone what to do, as a team, in order to avoid space anomalies, defeat enemy vessels, complete the mission, and win! For teens going into grades 7-12. Signup required, as space on the bridge is limited to 12 players each session.
All of the amateur photographers who entered the Photography Contest, and their guests, are invited to join us for the unveiling of this year's entries in our contest exhibition. Winning entries will be revealed, and awards given to winning photographers. Schedules permitting, some of our contest judges may be on hand for questions and tips about photography.
