Welcome to the Dessert Extravaganza 2013 Website!

Our yearly celebration and fundraiser takes place on Thursday, April 18 at Roses Run Country Club. Festivities run from 7 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Tickets are $ 30 and go on sale March 1st at the library’s circulation desk.

We’ll have even more room this year at our new venue, Roses Run. Last year’s fundraiser was so popular, we needed to expand. Come and enjoy scrumptious signature desserts from area chefs, hearty hors d’oeuvres, and a cash bar at this evening to benefit the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library Foundation.

Last year this event raised over $ 14,000 for the library. Guests enjoyed desserts from 17 of the area’s finest restaurants and bakeries and wonderful appetizers by Nosh, Giant Eagle and Acme. A Diamond necklace from Abshire & Haylan was raffled off (Thank you, Abshire & Haylan, for donating yet another beautiful peice!), and our silent auction featured everything from spa treatments to a snowboard.

Please join us this year!

We invite you to participate in this gala event. If you have any questions, please call me at 330- 688-3295, ext. 110. Please accept my sincere thanks for helping us serve the patrons of the Stow- Munroe Falls Public Library.

Sincerely,
Ann Malthaner
