Meet Les Roberts, author of the popular Milan Jacovich mystery series. His latest mystery, Whiskey Island, takes place, in part, around Whiskey Island Marina. It is the 16th in the Jacovich series, but you don’t need to read the series in order – jump in anywhere.
Roberts is also known for A Carol for Cleveland, a holiday novella that has been adapted for the stage. It opened on Playhouse Square in November. He has also written a stand-alone mystery, The Strange Death of Father Candy, set in Youngstown, and the Saxon Series, set in L.A. His memoir, We'll Always Have Cleveland, details his first 15 years in the city, his adopted hometown.

Les Roberts' engaging manner, wry humor and encyclopedic knowledge of the local area always make his book talks very popular. Books will be available for purchase and signing at this event.
