Vegetarian Soups with Chef Giulia

Soups are the mainstays of a healthful plant-based diet. They are versatile, serving as main meals or sides in any season, and can be made ahead and packaged for meals on the go. Chef Giulia will present ideas for tasty, satisfying soups using plant-based, seasonal ingredients and offer suggestions for accompaniments and embellishments. Techniques for making plant-based versions of old favorites will be discussed. Helpful resources will be provided and samples of health-providing vegan soups and accompaniments will be available for tasting. Space is limited; please call if you need to cancel.
