Interlibrary Loan Request Form

ATTENTION PATRONS: Due to staffing and budgetary constraints, interlibrary loan requests are limited to FIVE active requests per patron. Thank you for your cooperation.

If the item is not owned by the library, the Interlibrary Loan staff can search library catalogs all over the country and attempt to borrow the item for you. This is often your best bet for receiving your item. If it is not possible to borrow the item that you requested, the Interlibrary loan staff will let you know. If you have any questions, please call us at 330-688-3295 and ask for Interlibrary Loan.
