The Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library has both a permantent and a rotating collection of console videogames in 4 formats for adult, teen and juvenile patrons. The collection consists of:
The titles are a mix of ratings from E for Everyone to M for Mature.
Games will rotate every three months. We get different games each rotation, so check back for new games or to see if a game is here in a different format. The current list of current games is available here.
LIBRARY USERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST HAVE A PARENT SIGN A VIDEOGAME PERMISSION FORM IN PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK BEFORE CHECKING OUT THEIR FIRST GAME.
Games check out for ONE WEEK and the limit is 2 games per library card. The fine for lost or damaged games is $50.00. To borrow a game, look in the box in the Teen Area for the title card of the game you want. Take the game’s card to the front checkout desk with your library card and they will exchange it for the game. Games cannot be renewed or placed on hold— if the card is not in the box, the game is checked out.
