Description: 

Under direction from the Marketing and Public Relations Manager, the Marketing
and Public Relation Coordinator oversees the planning, implementation and
evaluation of public relations and marketing that supports the mission and goals of
the library. Works with other departments in implementations of activities that
further external communications efforts. Assists with the fundraising goals of the
library. Helps plan and coordinate adult programming.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing or a related field and
a minimum of two (2) years experience in public relations/advertising agency or an
equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Knowledge of In-
Design software a plus. Must possess a valid Ohio driver’s license with an
acceptable driving record. Must be able to work some night and weekend hours.
