Facing Stow's Drug Problem with NOPE Task Force

04/03/2018 7:00 PM

Drug prevention is a community issue. Each year, new studies indicate the vastness of drug use in our schools and neighborhoods. Join us as NOPE Task Force members (Narcotics Overdose Prevention & Education) discuss our community’s drug problem. NOPE realizes the importance for everyone to understand the issues related to drug use in order to learn how to make a difference in people’s lives. NOPE offers interactive presentations that inform participants about the reality our nation faces regarding substance abuse and overdose death, along with suggestions and strategies to combat the issues.
This free program will be held at the library and is cosponsored by the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library and the Friends of the Library.
