Take art history one step further during this Master Inspired Art Workshop. Art Historian Felicia Stadelman presents an interactive art program in which you will learn about the French artist, Paul Gauguin. His work was influential to many modern artists, such as Pablo Picasso and Henri Matisse. Gauguin was an important figure in the Symbolist movement as a painter, sculptor, printmaker, ceramist, and writer. With step by step instruction, we will use acrylic to paint a Gaughin-style sunset.  Space is limited; please call if you need to cancel. This free program is sponsored by the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library.
About the Speaker:  Stadelman, inspired by her enthusiasm for art, has dedicated her career to sharing the fascinating details of the lives and works of some of our most recognized and influential artists.
