Tai Chi for Wellness

Join physical therapist Lisa Jundi, owner of Purpose Driven Therapy, for Tai Chi at the library. This introductory class will focus on the importance of being active and the benefits of Tai Chi. Participants will learn warm-up and cool-down exercises, and some basics about breathing and posture. All activity can be done standing unsupported, supported, or sitting, depending on individual needs.
