The Mediterranean region is known for its mezes (small bites) and flavorful dips. Learn how to make these healthy yet filling dishes.  Chef Catherine will demonstrate how to make baba ganoush (roasted eggplant dip), hummus, coriander mushrooms, and marinated feta and tomatoes. These virtual classes allow everyone to attend.  No registration, no tickets, no waiting lists, and no limits.
