Chef Catherine St. John will show you how to make three different appetizers that will impress your friends and family this holiday season. Learn how to make Smoked Salmon & Herb Cheese Wrapped Asparagus, Goat Cheese Crostini with a Trio of Roasted Peppers, and Shrimp & Avocado Salsa served in Corn Chip Cups. Chef Catherine will also discuss how to put together a spectacular charcuterie board.  These virtual classes allow everyone to attend. No registration, no tickets, no waiting lists, and no limits.
