Click on the underlined words to go to a website. Then type in the name of the person you are researching, or look for the category they are in (example: John Glenn is in "Astronauts.")

• Biography Databases If you are at home, you will need to type in your Stow library card number. Infotrac has a Biography Resource Center; further down the page you'll find American National Biography and Biographies Plus Illustrated.
• The Biography Channel Type your person's name in the green box. This site gives short entries about many famous people.
• Multnomah Co. Library Biographies
• Infoplease Biography Almanac

There are also some reference sources on famous people in the Teen Scene area of the library, including one called 100 Most Popular Business Leaders for Young Adults. Ask a librarian to show you where. Remember to bring money with you to make photocopies; these books cannot be checked out of the library.
