Two Great Ways to Win!      

•    Fill out a form for every book you read or listen to on CD, tape or playaway.  Place the form in the box at the front desk.  Winners will be drawn each week.  Prizes include tickets to Porthouse Theatre, National First Ladies Library and Museum, The Akron Symphony, Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad, Lake Erie Nature and Science Center and much, much more….more than one instant winner per week!  One grand prize winner will be drawn from all the entries received throughout the summer.  Prize is a $100 prepaid visa card, courtesy of the Friends of the Library. Remember, the more you enter, the more chances you have to win!

Here’s how to play the game:

Adults and Teens---
Pick up your game sheet at the Information Desk beginning June 9. You will need to keep this sheet and enter your answers on it throughout the summer

Library staff are vacationing together at ONE exotic location
(group rates are cheaper!)
Check out the posters of them as they enjoy the time off…
Your job this summer is to figure out where they are. Each week, stop at the Adult Information Desk for a clue card. Each clue you answer has something to do with the location…it could be an animal that lives there, an activity that happens there, etc. Answer the question and write it in on your game sheet.
(You may Google any of the clues for help, library staff will help you)
When you have answered all eight clues, you should be able to guess the location.  Submit your completed form at the end of Summer Reading and a winner will be drawn from all entries having eight correct answers and the
correct vacation location.
