At the beginning of the book (Eragon (Inheritance) by Christopher Paolini), it is about a boy on a farm. To me, that's boring.But then he finds a dragon egg and it hatches for him! It is a wonderful mix of fantasy and adventure. Be sure to read the sequel, Eldest (Inheritance, Book 2)!
