Motion No. 26021-1 That the Board of Trustees Adjourn to Executive Session

Mancuso moved, Bedell seconded;

RESOLVED: That the Board of Trustees moves to adjourn into executive session to discuss the hiring of a fiscal officer.

AYES: Bedell, Mancuso, Daniel, Shubert

NAYS:

Motion carried.

Motion No. 26021-2 That the Board of Trustees Adjourn to Regular Board Meeting

Bedell moved, Shubert seconded;

RESOLVED: That the Board of Trustees move to return to open session at 8:20 pm.

AYES: Bedell, Mancuso, Daniel, Shubert

NAYS:

Motion carried.

Adjournment:

Bedell moved; Shubert seconded to adjourn the meeting at 8:20 pm.
