Motion No. 260211-1 That the Board of Trustees Adjourn to Executive Session
Bedell moved, Daniel seconded;
RESOLVED: That the Board of Trustees moves to adjourn into executive session to discuss the hiring of a fiscal officer.
AYES: Bedell, Mancuso, Daniel, Shubert

Motion carried.
Motion No. 260211-2 That the Board of Trustees Adjourn to Regular Board Meeting
Mancuso moved, Bedell seconded;
RESOLVED: That the Board of Trustees move to return to open session at 8:35 pm.

Motion carried.
