MOTION NO. 260211-1 THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION
Bedell moved, Daniel seconded;
RESOLVED: That the Board of Trustees moves to adjourn into executive session to discuss the hiring of a fiscal officer.
AYES: Bedell, Mancuso, Daniel, Shubert
NAYS:
Motion carried.
MOTION NO. 260211-2 THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES ADJOURN TO REGULAR BOARD MEETING
Mancuso moved, Bedell seconded;
RESOLVED: That the Board of Trustees move to return to open session at 8:35 pm.
AYES: Bedell, Mancuso, Daniel, Shubert

Motion carried.

Mancuso moved, Bedell seconded to adjourn the meeting at 8:30 pm.
