The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by President Wyckoff 

Present

Carla Wyckoff, President; Tom Shubert, Vice-President; Angela Daniel, Secretary; Emily Hegner, Richard Bedell, Michael Jundi

Craig Mancuso 

Public Comment 

The Board welcomed the new Director, Missy Littell, on her first day. 

Action Items 

Motion No. 260727-1 That the Board of Trustees Approves the Appropriation Request for Professional Development and CMI System Improvements from the Fiscal Officer, for up to $15,000.00 

Shubert moved, Hegner seconded; 

RESOLVED: That The Board of Trustees approves the appropriation request made by the Fiscal Officer for Professional Development and CMI system improvements, for costs not to exceed $15,000.00. 

AYES: Wyckoff, Daniel, Shubert, Bedell, Jundi 

NAYS: Motion carried.

Jundi moved; Wyckoff seconded to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 pm.
