RESOLVED: That the Board of Trustees moves to adjourn into executive session to discuss the search for a director at 6:31 PM.

Mancuso moved, Hegner seconded;
RESOLVED: That the Board of Trustees moves to adjourn to the regular meeting at 9 PM.
