Motion No. 260427-1 Approve March 16, 2026 Regular Minutes
Shubert moved, Mancuso seconded:
RESOLVED: That the Board of Trustees approves the hiring of the Fiscal Officer, Casey King, at an annual salary of $90,000. The Fiscal Officer will assume all roles for the daily financial operations of the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library and will report to the Library Board of Trustees. An annual contract will be effective on June 1, 2026.
The roll being called on its adoption, the vote resulted as follows:
AYES: Daniel, Hegner, Jundi, Wyckoff, Mancuso, Shubert, Bedell

Executive Session
Motion No. 260427-2 That the Board of Trustees Adjourn to Executive Session
Mancuso moved; Jundi seconded;
RESOLVED: That the Board of Trustees moves to adjourn into executive session to discuss the search for a director at 6:22 PM.
AYES: Bedell, Hegner, Jundi, Wyckoff, Daniel, Shubert, Mancuso

Shubert moved, Mancuso seconded;
RESOLVED: That the Board of Trustees moves to adjourn to the regular meeting at 8:35 PM.
