Shuber moved, Jundi seconded;
RESOLVED: That the Board of Trustees moves to adjourn into executive session to discuss the hiring of a fiscal officer.
AYES: Mancuso, Daniel, Shubert, Hegner, Jundi

Motion carried.
Motion No. 260223-2 That the Board of Trustees Adjourn to Regular Board Meeting
Mancuso moved, Jundi seconded;
RESOLVED: That the Board of Trustees move to return to open session at 7:16 pm.
