MOTION NO. 260223-1 THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION
Shuber moved, Jundi seconded;
RESOLVED: That the Board of Trustees moves to adjourn into executive session to discuss the hiring of a fiscal officer.
AYES: Mancuso, Daniel, Shubert, Hegner, Jundi
NAYS:
Motion carried.
MOTION NO. 260223-2 THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES ADJOURN TO REGULAR BOARD MEETING
Mancuso moved, Jundi seconded;
RESOLVED: That the Board of Trustees move to return to open session at 7:16 pm.
AYES: Mancuso, Daniel, Shubert, Hegner, Jundi

Motion carried.

Hegner moved; Jundi seconded to adjourn the meeting at 7:17 pm.
